The first feature-length biopic about style and music icon, Grace Jones, is set for release this year - Grace Jones: The Musical Of My Life will feature a mix of personal and archival footage along with staged musical scenes and is described as “a multi-narrative journey through the private and public life" of the legendary artist.
Commissioned by the BBC and directed by Sophie Fiennes (sister of Ralph), the documentary will also include live footage from an upcoming concert at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre next month.

In the meantime here’s the video for the 1981 track 'I've Seen That Face Before', which takes 1974 Argentine tango classic 'Libertango' and updates it against a reggae arrangement and new lyrics penned by Jones herself, to conjure up the darker side of Parisian nightlife.
