So I've been championing Rhodes music on this website since 2014, after being pulled into his
moody and mysterious world - and now he's collaborated with British singer/songwriter Birdy on the fragile yet powerfully emotive duet 'Let It All Go'.

"Normally writing is very hard and solitary for me", says Rhodes. "I wanted something in the last quarter of my album that was a slight departure from the rest of the songs and after being immediately struck by the beauty and honesty in Birdy's voice I thought this would be the perfect way to do it".

"Writing with David (Rhodes) felt really natural, and so it followed that we should record the song together." Birdy adds, "I find both the strength and fragility in David's voice so beautiful.... I'm really excited about this song".

Check out the track below which is released on
September 11th, ahead of Rhodes' debut album 'Wishes' on September 18th. You can also catch him live in London at Koko on 9th October and various other UK dates - for more info head HERE.
