What do you get when you cross Colombian-born singer-songwriter (and one-to-watch newcomer) Kali Uchis, with mermaids, call-girls, the actress Mia Farrow, the film Scarface, and the director Quentin Tarantino?

Answer: The just released video for 'Loner' - taken from her 'Por Vida' mixtape - directed by Uchis and Andy Hines, which features the low-rider soul maker immersed within a dream hazy neon night as she slinks around an abandoned drive-thru with only her thoughts for company.

With lyrics like, 'Mind games, manipulations. That's why I'd rather be a loner. Yeah I'd rather be alone. I don't even want to know ya' - this is most definitely a candy-coated sweetly served ode to embracing your inner loneliness.
