Described by the BBC as 'a journey through the private and public realms of Grace Jones', a new documentary about the life and times of the singer is to be screened as part of BBC Films 25th anniversary.
"Grace Jones – The Musical Of My Life" will be directed by Sophie Fiennes, and will be an 'observational portrait of the performer' - who at 66, is still influencing generations with her fierce and fearless attitude to femininity, gender neutrality and creativity.
Jones really does rule the world, not just because her personal style is far too advanced for us mere mortals to ever comprehend - but because she could also destroy us all with just one legendary roar. No matter how hard FKA Twigs tries, Grace CANNOT be duplicated.
