Kate Spade NY x Darcel Disappoints

Chronicling her daily endeavours in the big apple, Darcel Disappoints casts a cynical eye over New York life, from shopping and dining to exclusive parties and private views, Darcel offers up her musings and observations on all things fashion, art and pop culture.
She also regularly collaborates on products and exhibitions with Parisian concept store, Colette, including its 15 year anniversary celebrations in the Tuileries, and has worked with NOWNESS, W Magazine,, Vanity Fair and Opening Ceremony.

Darcel is of course the monocled, egg-shaped alter-ego of
Australian-born artist Craig Redman, whose cynical and hilarious one-eyed illustration takes us on a journey through the bizarre, the fantastic, and the mess of daily life.

Darcel's latest collaboration is with designer Kate Spade, on a collection heavily themed around New York, and the adventures of 'Katie', a Darcelized downtown city girl. Featuring graphic prints and eye-popping colour, the line includes ready-to-wear pieces, shoes and accessories such as bags, wallets, jewellery and watches - all of which carry the signature Darcel pop New York iconography.

The range is available now HERE.
