Fashion on Film: Topman - Cuffed

Everywhere you look on London's Summery streets right now, guys are cuffed, and no I don't mean to lampposts or in the back of a Police van, I mean trouser-wise.

A growing street style trend, the cuffed trouser is firmly rooted in the urban sportswear aesthetic and worn by everyone from One Direction to the hipster boys of Shoreditch and Dalston.
So with that in mind, Topman has launched the Sub Sport Collection, a sportswear-meets-tailored range of trousers, with the versatility of the cuff as its signature. With luxe detailing and finishes, the styles range from lightweight cotton trackpants to heavier weaves in chinos, all designed to be worn loose around the leg with tapered ankle detailing, combining 'jogger' comfort with a stylised edge.

And for all you boys who might want advice on how to rock the trend, Topman have released a short fashion film featuring Brooklyn-based flex dancer Drew Dollaz, demonstrating what kind of streetwear to match your cuffed trouser with.
As the video’s stylist Elgar Johnson says, ‘There is no right or wrong way to wear them it’s all about what represents you and your headspace when you wake up. Vests, shirts, bombers, whatever you think is right. My advice about the cuff is keep it street-tuff.’

Check out the film below.
