The animation effects in the video were created using Cinema 4D and once you click play below, you'll be drawn into a calming and mesmerising visual mix while a mellow and modern classical composition stirs the senses - basically this is perfect for de-stressing the mind. Some of the visuals also made me think of 'Mork calling Orson, come in Orson' a little (you'll know the bit I mean):
