Photographed by Pierpaolo Ferrari with styling by Carine Roitfeld, the shoot depicts models styled as queens from both real and fictionalised countries - my fav's being Bambi NB as the "Queen of Carpathia" styled in black leather Alexander Wang and Helmut Lang with an embellished skull for an accessory, and Lindsey Wixson in the chain mail dresses from Stefano Pilati’s final Yves Saint Laurent collection as “Queen of Osterlich.”
