The minute I hear the words "the Olympics", my brain shuts down. Until that is I heard "the Olympics AND Louis Vuitton", and suddenly the fashion-side of my brain nudged the "I hate sport" side awake.
In an art-based collaboration, Louis Vuitton is marking the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympics with an exhibition in their flagship New Bond Street store, showcasing a selection of specially commissioned Games-themed prints by some of the UK's top artists.

Selected by the Tate's director Sir Nicholas Serota, twelve artists including Tracey Emin, Chris Ofili and Sam Morris created a series of posters which reflect the key Olympian values: Respect, Excellence, Friendship, Courage, Equality and Determination.
Other artists involved include Bob and Roberta Smith, Anthea Hamilton, Bridget Riley, Fiona Banner, Martin Creed, Rachel Whiteread, Michael Craig-Martin, Gary Hume and Howard Hodgkin.

The exhibition runs at 160 New Bond St from July 9 to September 11.
