Burberry AW12/13 Campaign x Mario Testino

It's that time again, the time when legendary fashion photographer Mario Testino lenses Burberry's latest A/W collection, this time capturing the Brit brand's most cinematic advertising campaign to date.

The shoot, which took place at the Royal Naval College in Greenwich, is naturally an all Brit-affair featuring new faces of Burberry, actress Gabriella Wilde and singer Roo Panes,
with creative direction by Christopher Bailey.
Testino has managed to capture the dark and misty cobbled streets of old-timey London, where flickering lamps lit the night sky and eerie shadows danced across the buildings (think Jack the Ripper and Sherlock Holmes). There's also a strong nod to Burberry's heritage of producing classic weather protective clothing - so yes, the iconic trench makes an appearance.
The campaign officially launches worldwide on June 1st with all clothing featured in the campaign made available to purchase via ‘click-to-buy’.
