J Brand RTW = Want!

J Brand is launching a 140-piece RTW collection, which is available online now to US customers, and will be available in the UK next week at Selfridges and via Net-A-Porter.
The cult denim brand that sent the world skinny leg crazy in 2005, now introduces a new minimal aesthetic with inventive cuts and shapes - including cropped tuxedo jackets, masculine-inspired tailored blazers, fitted leather shirts, lambskin jeans and bomber jackets, flowing silk tops, chunky knits, slim-leg tailored trousers, jersey tees and of course, skinny cotton jeans - all across a palette of understated solids such as black, grey, white and lilac.

Newly appointed Scottish-born design director Donald Oliver (formerly of Calvin Klein and Vera Wang) said, "We paid a lot of attention to details, making the garment feel special to the wearer. We wanted her to be easygoing, uncomplicated, subtly sophisticated. We wanted her to feel relevant, not trendy, not like she’s trying too hard, which is why I think the garments have an ease about them."

The collection will definitely require some serious credit card flexing with blouses priced at £277 and leather jeans from £875. I'm already hyperventilating over THESE low-rise slouchy trews - the 'Goldfrapp Pant'. Want want WANT!!!
