Raquel Zimmerman for Vogue Italia by Steven Meisel

I know it's been talked about already, but I love this cover/editorial spread lensed by Steven Meisel, with Raquel Zimmerman as the star for Vogue Italia's November issue. Featuring the model in a variety of eclectic and elaborate guises on the NYC subway - stylist Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele creates a highly-stylised fantasy portrayal of the hustle and bustle of commuter life which includes Zimmerman paying homage to Marilyn Monroe, and also being manhandled by the Police in faux fur boots (she's wearing them, not the Police, obviously).
It's a showcase of attention grabbing pieces by Alberta Ferretti, Salvatore Ferragamo, Burberry Prorsum, Bottega Veneta, Dior and Emporio Armani among others, with an array of uber cool accessories (I want those wild animal print shades now please) - and if you just can't get enough, there is a video version of the print editorial, set to a backing track by the Food Stamps, called "Silence". Watch it at the end of this post:
