Hedi Slimane & GAP Collaborate With Dazed & Confused For 20th Anniversary Edition

To mark their 20th anniversary and October issue, Dazed and Confused invited a group of twenty-somethings to London to take part in a special editorial project. Enlisting the help of former Dior Homme lead designer, Hedi Slimane, along with Robbie Spencer on styling duties, the result is a portfolio of images which capture the vulnerability and vigor of British youth. The eclectic cast of hot young things includes Naddy Sane, Oskar Landstrom (dancer), Andy Martin (model), Toby Leonard (boxer), Willy Moon (musician), Carlotta Dennis Lovaglio (student), Holly Barker (volunteer), Sadie PhelpsEdward Hartley (DJ), Matt Rodell (professional surfer), Maisie Cousins (photographer), Tom Spratt (student), among others...

The magazine is also celebrating their 20th year with a “Cover Versions” exhibition at influential Parisian store, Colette. The exhibition features 20 of their most influential covers - including iconic images of Kate Moss, BjorkDamien HirstMilla Jovovich and Eminem - reinterpreted by artists including Tracey Emin, Marnie Weber, Aaron Rose, Hiro Sugiyama, Neal Fox, Dennis Rudolph, Terence Koh, Jonathan Meese, Mark Titchner, Julie Cockburn, George Young, Ben Sansbury and Jose Parla
The exhibition opened on September 26th and runs until November 5th, and a limited-edition range of T-shirts produced by GAP, featuring five of the cover artworks, will also be on sale at Colette during this time.
