Izzy Lane For Topshop

Fashion emporium Topshop has teamed up with ethical designer Izzy Lane to launch a collection of limited edition coats to coincide with Wool Week. Lane produces wool made from her own flocks of threatened historic breed sheep which have been saved from slaughter and live on her sanctuary in the Yorkshire Dales.
Shoppers will be able to choose from three premium coats, available in store from 5th September, all of which are quintessentially British in style, but with a twist to their shape and texture. A feminine skirted checked tweed coat comes with a detachable faux fur collar. A collarless beige crombie in untreated woven wool comes with a faux leather trim. And finally, an oversized traditional crombie in black woven wool features a collar with a contrasting colour on the reverse.
Speaking about the collaboration, Izzy said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be working in collaboration with Topshop who are so supportive of the causes about which I am passionate – the revival and support of the British textile industry, the revival of wool, one of our most sustainable resources, and of course the championing of animal welfare issues.”
Each coat is available in sizes 6-16 with prices ranging from £195-£250.
