Jacques Townhouse Is Back....But The Magic Won't Last For Long

Imagine your most vivid childhood fairytales coming to life....and now you can step right inside them at one of London's most beautifully decorated venues...Jacques Townhouse.

Originally opened as a pop-up boutique hotel concept last July for ten nights, with the help of singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor, the magic has returned once again this July, but not for long.
It's like stepping into a scene from Alice In Wonderland meets a Tim Burton tale (it wouldn't surprise me if Helen Bonham-Carter pops up as a dusty victorian jack-in-a-box complete with a dress made of taffeta and frou frou somewhere). And the design is so enchanting (including the enchanted garden), that to experience the eclectic beauty and folk of Jacques Townhouse is like stepping into another world. The decadent 1920s to be exact.

Situated in Fitzroy Square, the Townhouse is a dress-up box explosion of colour, fashion, fabrics, accessories, beauty and everything else beginning with CUTE, and yes, I want to live there. Permanently. With fluffy white persian cats wearing pink velvet collars who talk after midnight (well, I did say it's magical). Home to delectable and complimentary evenings of fun, from having your hair and make-up done, to dressing up, to a photo shoot and beauty treatments, there is even a bar complete with Jacques marvellously marvellous fruity cider (it's not called that but when you're in JT, you can't help but speak like you're in an Enid Blyton novel, it's so jolly!).
Jacques Townhouse encapsulates the UK’s most sought-after trend-setters, including Vintage specialists Rokit Vintage, style icon and blogger Susie Bubble, Vogue photographer Terence Andrew Webb, makeup professionals Models Own and many more industry bods who will come together to host some of the most chi-chi evenings London will see this Summer (thank goodness it's mostly indoors then). And it's not just London where girls (and boys) just wanna have fun, Liverpool will also be able to experience the vibrant world of JT as it opens there for the first time from 10-19 August.
This years brand ambassador for the venue is former Sugababes singer Keisha Buchanan (pic, below), who performed at the townhouse this week for her first ever solo gig. The fancy fun continues at the venue until July 28th, so to apply to be a guest, register for tickets via the official Facebook page HERE and then make a wish, or be-friend the good luck fairies at the bottom of your garden and hope you'll get into some of this month's hottest fashion and beauty soirees!
