Visionaries: Tom Ford

Fashion designer and the director of one of my FAVOURITE ever films A Single Man - Tom Ford - is the star of a new documentary called Visionaries: Tom Ford, a personal exposé which gives us a look into the success and struggles that have made Ford who he is - revealing the designer's inner-most anxieties, including the revelation that making his 2009 debut film A Single Man was like portraying "my midlife crisis on screen."
A look at the man behind the brand, the fly-on-the-wall documentary follows Ford from his return to fashion at the AW10 show in New York, through to his VIP invite-only SS11 salon presentation which featured Lauren Hutton, Julianne Moore and Beyonce Knowles on the catwalk.
And if you ever wondered if fashion is bad for your health (and not just your bank balance), ask Tom, who says: "Ties give me a headache. I can only wear them for a few hours and then I start to get a migraine".
Visionaries: Tom Ford premieres 24 June at 10pm EST on OWN (the Oprah Winfrey Network).
